Appointment scheduling and punctuality

Our practice operates on an appointment-only basis. Please be punctual!

Should you not have 15 minutes before your If you are not present at the appointment, your appointment will be forfeited and you will be charged accordingly.

This is necessary so as not to interfere with the treatment of subsequent patients.
Should you fail to appear without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.

What do I need to bring?

To make your first visit with us as effective as possible, we ask you to bring the following documents with you:
  • Your current medication plan
  • Medical letters, lab results, CT/MRI reports. Please note that we will scan these documents to add them to our files and then return them to you.
  • If you have been referred to us by another doctor, please bring the referral slip with you, which indicates the specific question you have for us.
  • Don't forget your insurance card.

It is very important for us to know your medical history and current symptoms in order to offer you the best possible treatment.

Please allow for waiting times.
Occasionally, longer waiting times may occur due to examinations or acute emergencies. We ask for your understanding and request that you take this into account when visiting our practice. Please remember that you, too, would want your doctor to have sufficient time for you in urgent cases.

It is possible that patients who arrived at the practice after you may be called in before you. This can happen for various reasons, such as an emergency or a more complex medical situation. We ask for your understanding in this matter and thank you in advance for your patience.
